CodeSniffs operates on a zero-refund policy. Once a project is initiated, custom development, strategic planning, and resources are allocated exclusively to your success. We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, third-party delays, or partial usage of services.
Instead of refunds, we provide an industry-leading two-week revision window (14 calendar days) after final delivery. During this period, we accommodate all reasonable change requests at no extra cost. Our goal is your complete satisfaction — not partial refunds.
After receiving the final deliverables, you have exactly 14 calendar days (2 weeks) to request modifications, adjustments, or tweaks directly through our support team. We honor unlimited revisions within the original project scope during this period.
Design adjustments, code refinements, content tweaks, responsive fixes, and performance optimizations — all aligned with the initial agreement.
Change requests submitted after the 2-week window will not be accepted under the original invoice. Extensions require a separate maintenance plan.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: No changes, modifications, or edits are possible beyond the 2-week grace period unless a new service agreement is purchased. We strictly enforce this timeline to keep project pipelines efficient and fair for all clients.
