By accessing or using CodeSniffs services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the no-refund policy and the 2-week revision deadline. Read carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User") and CodeSniffs ("Company", "we", "us"). By ordering any service, making payment, or using our digital solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not engage our services. Continued use or payment implies full acceptance.
After final delivery of the project, the Client has exactly 14 calendar days (2 weeks) to request reasonable modifications, fixes, or adjustments related to the originally agreed scope. This is the exclusive remedy for any changes.
Unlimited revision requests accepted via direct contact (WhatsApp/Email). We resolve all legitimate change requests promptly and free of charge.
No changes, edits, or modifications will be accepted under the original agreement. Any further requests require a new paid service agreement or maintenance retainer.
IMPORTANT: Failure to submit change requests within 14 days after final delivery constitutes acceptance of the work as final. No exceptions will be made.
CodeSniffs agrees to deliver services as outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Upon full payment, the Client owns the final deliverables, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to display completed work in portfolios unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
If the Client fails to provide feedback, assets, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe (14 days after request), the project may be marked as complete and delivered “as-is”, triggering the 2-week revision countdown.
All pricing is disclosed before project kickoff. A deposit or full payment may be required. Under no circumstances will CodeSniffs provide monetary refunds for any prepaid services, partially completed milestones, or completed deliverables. The Client acknowledges that digital services are intangible and involve substantial upfront resource allocation.
All revision requests, technical inquiries, and urgent matters must be communicated via our official direct channels. We are not responsible for messages sent through third-party platforms or social media DMs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSniffs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete information and timely feedback. Delays caused by the Client may affect revision windows. The 2-week revision period begins only after final delivery notification is sent to the Client's registered email/WhatsApp.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration.
CodeSniffs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
